“Intelligence is not enough. Intelligence plus Character that is the goal of true Education.”
-Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
About Us
The Tennessee Program is committed to empowering young individuals to rise above challenges and build meaningful futures. Through skill-building, academic enrichment, character development, and mentorship, we provide the tools and support students need to succeed in every aspect of life.
Our hands-on experiences and professional connections expose students to real-world opportunities — from career exploration to leadership development — helping them make informed decisions about their futures. We strive to bridge the gap between resources and inner-city youth, ensuring that every student has access to guidance, growth, and greatness.
At The Tennessee Program, we believe that every young person holds unlimited potential — our mission is to turn that potential into purpose.
Programs
Educators at the Tennessee Program are dedicated to guiding the youth towards a successful future through tailored curriculums and extensive subject knowledge. The program prioritizes hands-on learning and professional connections to help students gain a deeper understanding of their chosen fields. This approach not only helps students gain practical experience but also helps them build a network of professionals who can guide and support them throughout their careers.

Community Service
Tennessee Program Community Service
The Tennessee program gives resources to communities that are often overlooked. Our students will directly experience the fundamental sentiment that in order to grow your community, you must give back to your community. Through community cleanup, gardening, feeding the homeless to name a few. Our students will learn the value of unity, self-sufficiency, accountability, compassion, and empathy. Our students will acquire a great capacity of sympathy and patience with various peoples from diverse backgrounds. We do not judge a book by its cover. Every story is different. Every chapter paints a different picture and we intend to let our students read them all.
